8200 Tower - Normandale Lake Office Park
Bloomington, MN
LEED landscape design for office tower with underground rainwater storage for irrigation needs. Xeriscaping methods and raingardens as well as smart irrigation practices reduce the need for a typical irrigation system. This project received a GOLD level precertification from the USGBC for its LEED Core and Shell initiatives.

Norman Pointe
Bloomington, MN
This 7-story, 210,000 sf office building has an attached above-ground ramp with parking for 850 cars. Construction was completed in 2000.

1600 Tower
St. Louis Park, MN
Nine-story, 248,541 sf office building with 3-story grand atrium and connection to attached parking facility.

Normandale Lake Office Park
Bloomington, MN
8000 Tower is a 265,000 sf, 12-story office building built in 2000 with attached 1,200 car, 6-story parking ramp; 8400 Tower is a 421,000 sf, 18-story office building built in 1985 with attached parking garage; 8500 Tower is a 475,000 sf, 24-story office building built in 1988 with attached parking garage.
