Located along the Mississippi River and Second Avenue in downtown Minneapolis, this block of historic mill ruins have been converted into upscale condominiums, lofts and townhouses.
North Star Lofts
Located along the Mississippi River and the historic Stone Arch Bridge in the West Side Milling District downtown Minneapolis, these mill ruins have been converted into 37 upscale condominiums, lofts and townhouses. The North Star Lofts building is part of the Washburn A Mill Ruins, a National Historic Landmark. Renovation was completed in 1999.
Stone Arch Lofts
Phase II of the Washburn A Mill complex redevelopment included Stone Arch Lofts - a 10-story building with 35 up-scale for-sale units located in the top 7 stories, with parking for 129 vehicles in the lower three stories. Construction was completed in 2000.
Washburn Lofts
This project was Phase III of the Washburn A Mill complex redevelopment, completed in 2001, adding 24 loft condominiums to the revitalized Historic Minneapolis Mills River District.
Humboldt Mill Annex
Renovation of the historic Humboldt Mill plus the new construction of Humboldt Mill Annex recently added 37 for-sale condominiums to the high-demand riverfront area. This complex has a three-level parking ramp for 70 vehicles, 6,700 sf of street level commercial space, and impressive neighbors - the Mill City Museum on one side and the new Guthrie Theater on the other.
