8200 Tower - Normandale Lake Office Park, Bloomington, MN
LEED landscape design for office tower with underground rainwater storage for irrigation needs. Xeriscaping methods and raingardens as well as smart irrigation practices reduce the need for a typical irrigation system. This project received a GOLD level precertification from the USGBC for its LEED Core and Shell initiatives.
