Regional Rail Authority LRT Survey, Phases 1 & 2
Ramsey County, MN
Boundary surveys, legal descriptions, right-of-way research and right-of-way maps for 12-mile light rail corridor from St. Paul to White Bear Lake. HTPO located old bridges, railroad tracks on bridges, referenced them to old railroad right-of-way maps, showed encroachments, monumented the right-of-way, and set carbide signs as witness monuments.

Camp Ripley Railroad Maintenance and Repair and Railroad Crossing Repair
Little Falls, MN / Minnesota Army National Guard
Construction documents, construction administration, construction staking and inspection for replacement of approximately 850 linear feet of existing in-pavement track. The project also included replacement of the existing switch and highway crossing, and included multiple at-grade trunk highway crossings.

Soo Line Railroad and C.P. Railroad
Tunnel City, WI
Topographic cross-section, as-built survey, and site survey plotting for 1,300 ft. railroad tunnel, as well as 2,000 ft. on both sides of the tunnel to expand height of tunnel. Topographic survey of the top of tunnel for open cut option cost analysis for Canada Pacific Railroad.
