Boundary and topographic survey and construction staking for this new boutique-style condominium project in downtown Minneapolis, next to St. Anthony Main with an incredible view. It was built on the site of the old Phoenix Mill which was important for the processing of lumber and flour production. There are a total of 80 units with 32 unique layouts including rooftop terraces, two-story condos, units with private elevators, and some that open to the street. Most residents will live in an 18-story rectangular tower.

This new $100 million, 573,000 sf complex includes 39 townhomes and 327 units in the 27-story condo tower, as well as enclosed parking with 560 stalls, an indoor pool, fitness center and spa, massage and tanning facilities, a clubroom and business center.

The District of Delaware (formerly Melrose Apartments)

This new $50 million mid-rise student housing complex contains four 9-story towers over a 2-level heated underground parking garage. The 278 garden-style apartments contain 932 private bedrooms with access to shared kitchens. The terrace level enclosed courtyard features an entertainment pavilion, access to the community’s state-of-the-art fitness center, tanning beds, entertainment rooms, computer lab, coffee shop and leasing offices.
