Design of approximately two miles of trunk and lateral sanitary sewer with Lift Station and approximately 1 mile of lateral watermain extension in an environmentally sensitive area also requiring coordination with Mn/DOT.

Pioneer Trail / Flying Cloud Drive Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Improvements
City of Eden Prairie, MN
Trunk utilities improvements and extension serving existing buildings in Flying Cloud Airport and proposed new construction of two office warehouse buildings off of Pioneer Trail. This project included creek crossing, directional drilling; Mn/DOT , County, and MCES permitting; and MAC and development coordination.
